At Pet Nest, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a simple and fair return and refund process. By placing an order with Pet Nest, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility (30 Days)

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be unused and unworn
  • Returned in original condition
  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Must not be damaged after delivery

Important:
Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer may not be accepted. Products marked as final sale, customized, or personalized are not eligible for return.

2. How to Request a Return

Before sending any item back, you must contact our support team.

Once your request is approved, we will send you a return label via email. You can print it and ship the item back to our registered address. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, please inform us within 7 days of delivery at support@petnest.com.

Make sure to include clear photos of the issue. You will have the option to choose:

  • A replacement product
  • A full refund

(Replacement delivery time may vary depending on your location.)

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the original item and place a new order separately.

For damaged or incorrect items, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

5. Restocking Fees

Pet Nest does not charge any restocking fees on returns.

6. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time is usually within 5 business days after approval

Bank processing times may vary, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you can still return the item following this policy.

8. Discounts & Promotions

All discount codes must be applied during checkout. We cannot apply or refund discounts after an order has been placed.

If your refund has not been received within 5 business days after approval, please contact us at support@petnest.com with your order number, and we will assist you promptly.
